To create a new discussion:<\/span><\/p>

  1. Navigate to the My Kialo page<\/a> and click the ‘Create Discussion’ button in the top-right-hand corner.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select whether to have a private or public<\/a> discussion.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Select whether to create a <\/span>single- or multi-thesis<\/a> discussion.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Enter a title for your discussion. By default, this will also be your discussion thesis\/question.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Optionally, add <\/span>background info<\/a> or <\/span>tags<\/a> to the discussion. These can be changed later.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Select a language for your discussion and click ‘Next’.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Optionally, upload a <\/span>cover image<\/a> and click ‘Next’ or ‘Complete’. This can be changed later. <\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. If you are creating a private discussion, select whether to enable any advanced discussion options (read more: Displaying Claim Authors<\/a>; About Voting<\/a>). These can be enabled or disabled at any time.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Click ‘Complete’.
