About Mentioning Other Users
- When a user is mentioned, they receive a notification to view the comment.
- When replying to another user’s comment, clicking the ‘reply’ icon automatically mentions that user and any others they have mentioned in their comment.
How to Mention Other Users
To mention another user in a comment, either:
- Type @ followed by their username, or
- Click the + icon to the left of the text box and select Mention User.
To notify all participants who have commented on or modified a claim, you can type @reply or @claim.
