Kialo is slow or freezes, or other performance-related issues.
Performance issues can have a wide range of causes, the most common of these being an issue with the device you are using. On Kialo, disabling animations may help to improve performance in your browser. For a list of the devices and browsers Kialo supports, see Supported Devices and Browsers.
I receive a “Network Error” popup when trying to use Kialo.
Unfortunately, some organizations and schools don’t allow secure WebSocket connections to Kialo by default. If this is the case for your network, you will receive a ‘Network Error’ popup. Contact your IT department to whitelist SSL-secured WebSocket connections to Kialo (https://kialo.com). After they have been whitelisted, Kialo should function as normal.
